      Title: Spinach Salad
 Categories: Vegetables
      Yield: 1 Servings
 
     10 oz Pkg spinach
      4    Eggs Hard boiled
      6 oz Cheese grated
     16 oz Fresh mushrooms sliced
           Bacon bits
MMMMM--------------------------DRESSING-------------------------------
      2    Cloves of garlic minced
     12 tb Salad oil
      4 tb Red wine vinegar
      2 ts Sugar
      2 ts Dry mustard
      2 ts Seasoning salt
      1 ts Pepper
 
  Mix dressing well and marinate mushrooms in dressing.  Prepare
  spinach. Pour mushrooms and dressing over spinach and mix well.
  Slice hard boiled eggs and place on top of spinach.  Sprinkle with
  cheese and bacon bits.
