Hmm. Interesting. Well, then I don't know what else to think except that
there is age discrimination going on? (I didn't think you were that old,
though?) Why else would the schools prefer to hire fresh-out-of college
grads, if they are as expensive and as qualified as you? Actually, they
are less qualified, I would think. Don't you have more classroom
experience than the typical grad (by virtue of substituting , etc...)
Well, hang in there. I hope you get hired for a permanent, full-time
position soon.
