       I would like to, but the situation seems a bit complex, and as a
temporary contractor I tread with care.  But apparently I am in the 'rump'
of one department merged into the 'bulk' of another.  'Rump' had Microsoft,
and in particular Access1, which thus got onto the merged LAN, but 'Bulk'
are on Lotus, so to bring in Access2 means special handling, and, as you may
know, the new government are talking about privatising IT services, and that
seems to be causing people to look over their shoulders and tread careful.
So so far Access2 is not going on to the LAN.  I, too, tread with care!

      Actually I have that at home here, (it was on our bulletin board) but
cannot read it because it needs a later version of Windows.  I have at home
only Windows2, and hardly ever use that, but someday I may upgrade.
