Hmmm... I better save that and try reinstalling TCP/IP and see if one is
created. I've got PPPDIAL.CMD so I can see if the problem is there,
dialing, or somewhere else. As I recall, though, PPP never came up but I
got a "PPP Driver Error" or something like that before it even tried
dialing.  Time to reinstall and see what happens.
