Hi Chris,  PC DOS 7.0 is an IBM product.  It should be available through
a local software retailer or computer superstore.  I picked up my copy
at MicroCenter here in the Cleveland Area.  Also you should be able to
get it mailorder from IBM or perhaps one of the major catalog retailers.

P.S.  PC DOS has a better set of utilities than does those other guys
