 :)  Yeah.  It seems I've bumped into another reason to switch to EMX.  I've

 been toying with the idea, but haven't done it yet.  (sigh)  I'll see if I

 can manage to install the thingie and run some timings to see how bad the

 performance really is.  Thanks for the input!
