Hi Nancy,

NB> cooler RH>> supplimented the small fridge. Planning on doing likewise
 NB> this
NB> RH>> year, plus Steve and I will have the camper fridge for our
NB> stuff. NB>> Gives you plenty of flexibility... :)

RH> Much more so than the team has had in previous years.

It wasn't needed until the last day, after cleaning out the big and
small fridges. The team put their sandwiches in it until after VBS, then
took them to eat on the way south. We're now using the cooler as a
fridge suppliment.

NB> Making you guys a helpful adjunct to the team in more ways than just
NB> the cooking and planning... ;)

Yes--we had very few left overs this year as compared to last. May tweak
the list more if we go next year to reduce them even more.

NB> NB>> enjoyment and did it for quite a while until my last pupil
NB> couldn't do NB>> it anymore... never did much actively looking for
NB> pupils, just happened NB>> that way... :)

RH> Most of my sewing business has been word of mouth. The cards are
RH> useful for other times I need to give out information, as well as a
RH> reminder with people that have mentioned wanting sewing done. A "who
RH> was that person I was talking with?" kind of thing.

NB> When my son was in high school, one shop class project was printing
NB> business cards, so he printed up some rudimentary ones for me... I
NB> think I used them mostly to verify that I was a piano teacher and
 NB> therefore
NB> entitled to a discount on music at the music store... ;)

My first cards were done by a friend in exchange for proof reading her
husband's master's degree papers.

 NB> RH>> I wouldn't want to be a professional cook/chef, even tho cooking
NB> RH>> can be fun. There are enough other issues involved with doing it
NB> RH>> professionally that I wouldn't want to deal with.
 NB> NB>> Sometimes it just isn't feasible... :)

RH> No, I'd need help lifting heavy pots, couldn't do all the cutting
RH> up or other heavy lifting, etc so good thing I didn't make it a
 RH> career choice.

NB> Like me and nursing... ;)

We've gone with what works best for us, in all ways.

Catch you later,
Ruth
