My mistake was reading only the latest document pertaining to the subject. 
The poor wording seemed to support what I was thought I recalled being told
/years/ ago.  As a result I did not look into older documents.  My mistake.

Me too.  I can be guilty of it as well.  I do try not to insult people like
Matt and otrhers do.
