There was a serial bank robber in NYC who robbed 4 banks, but then was
released under the bail reform bill and he robbed a 5th bank the day after his
release.

The governor should man-up and apologize to the teller in that 5th robbery,
but he's got no remorse and he's a hero to the criminal community.
