As he said he uses a hardware router - so no software router is needed.

Myself has used ISDNPM since 2.8. Until some weeks ago I had here 
running eCSConNet (aka ISDNPM 3.0x). But the Zyxel (gift from my 
provider) makes usage of the computers more flexible. So I have 
shutdown eCSConNet and use the zyxel instead. As my network is seted 
up for static IP there was no change other than the IP of the router 
in setup.cmd on any comoputer and to stop starting up ecsconnet.exe on 
one.
