Lady, I don't particualarly give a tinkers dam if they appreciate it or
not.  The blunt truth is that FAS is usually the result of ingestion of
alcohol by a pregnant woman.  Period. And that causes the problems the
child encounters after it is born.
The blunter the facts, the more they are presented to anyone who is of
child bearing age, the faster we end FAS children and the faster we end
the damage done to other babies by other drugs as well.
Got a problem with that? Or do you think that coddling mothers who drink
is the answer to FAS?
They need to be held up to public disapproval for their actions and feel
the entire weight of society's judgement on their behavior until this
ends.
