  It's fine to distribute programs whose resource scripts have been
  generated using JBA Guidelines.  Remember to alter the default copyright
  text for the generated source files.  (-:

  Since you are using EMX C++, and since there's no publically available
  Guidelines runtime library for EMX C++, the distribution of the
  Guidelines runtimes with your application is obviously not an issue. (-:
