Just comming in on the tail end of this, but I have had a problem 
uploading REP's as well using Zmodem. Zmodem downloads work fine. This 
was to Paragon at this stage, as I haven't upload to TML until now. With 
Paragon I upload my REP's with Sealink, and download with Zmodem. It 
happened on both the new version of Telemate (4.00) and the previous 
version too (3.20?).

The Zmodem upload worked once or twice in both versions, and then carked 
it. It starts uploading, and then fails after the 1st 1k block. 

I haven't persued it as it is more of an annoyance than a hinderance, 
but have been meaning to doi so in due course. After I've fixed my 
laser.
