A) it was NOT Gingrich directly that was 'intercepted', it was one of his
staff. Since he qas a staff member, he PROBABLY lived in Washington D.C.,
and was temporarily in Florida. Thus, it's unlikely that it was a cordless
phone as some people are speculating. Even so, cordless phones are covered
under the same laws as cellular.
B) Given above, it's VERY possible that the caller was stationary.
