Thanks, Ross.  My mistake.  I make them.  I am not perfect and never claimed to be.

I have had the wrong understanding of that flag for years.  I think it was
my original N247C that taught me that.  But that was /years/ ago.

Just like the error made by the fidonet.net owner, it is a learning experience.
