That's it!  I put \OS2\APPS in my path and now epmlink loads as
expected.  Thank-you.  Now for the next question: I thought there was
colour syntax highlighting?  I see none, and there is no options ->
colors (spelt wrong) like the "Getting Started" booklet shows (for
Windoze anyway).
