It is possible to use your config file for events, but, a good reason why 

not is this:

Every time you change your confiog file, binkley should rebuild its binary 

fiiles that control same.  

This doesn't happen if you change something in your config file, if your 

events are in binkley.evt instead of your config file. 

However, you can do either.
