You make quite a good point, but I would say there are still some innocents.
Believe it or not, there may even be a few who have never tried marijuana or
other illegal drugs. However, let's assume there are no innocents over the
age of 12, just for the sake of discussion. Should that 30 year old male have
some thought of big problems in having sex with a 13 year old girl? For the
same reasons, many of the distribution of illegal drug laws have much harsher
provisions when children are involved. Just thoughts.
