My original idea won't work.  See my current post to Matt.

RTV would've probably worked, but there is a physical prob with what I
originally intended.

Interesting about your "Barge Cement" and other names I've heard more
recently,  "Gorilla Glue" or such.  I wish I knew more about what some
of these newer adhesives can do.
