It's not possible. An Ansi can remap your keys if you are using something 
hit
like ANSI.SYS but you still have to press that key for it to do anything.
But I'm sure that there is only one person in this echo stupid enough to use
ANSI.SYS and that would be you. Most people would use an ANSI driver thingy 
that
doesn't let ANSI's remap your keys.
