You have a DMA or a memory conflict. Please write back with what you believe 
your cards are set to. Do yourself a favor, remove one of the cards and do 
rmview's for IO, IRQ, DMA and compare the results for when the network card 
and sound card are installed seperately. You will possibly see the conflict 
there. You will also likely see that the conflict is between the default IO 
of the network card and the MIDI port of the sound card (which you may not 
even be activating but it does use that IO port anyway). Try forcing the 
network card to a different IO port (400s possibly are clear).
