How are you, All.

After 2 years away from FidoNet I recently returned and found out that only
Russsian echos still have big traffic. Most of international echos are almost
dead.

I start to think about joining some Internet newsgroups. But 2 thinhs stop me:

1) I hate Outlook
2) I have no newsgroups at my ISP's server.

Can anybody advise me:

1) a good news reader for Windows
2) a free news server which allows to post messages

Spent some time yesterday to find it, but failed. Any answer will be
appreciated. Thank you in advance.
