this is so that binkp have static recipint node number in your outbound, so BSO
knows where to send this achives, but when binkp dials it should be sent as
unix time stamp filename with the extension of day+bundle number from your BSO
outbound dir, the number is there to support more then one pack
echomail/netmail runs to be sent in one binkp dial

problem is in the binkp code to fix unix time stamped filename rename on dial

 WD> On Wednesday the name always ends with .WE0, on Thursdays .TH0 etc ...

this is not a bug
