When you call DosOpen(), assert the OPEN_FLAGS_NO_CACHE (0x00001000) and
the OPEN_FLAGS_WRITE_THROUGH (0x00004000) flag bits in the ulOpenMode
parameter to disable cached reads and writes, respectively.  This will
prevent caching for the file associated with the particular handle returned
by DosOpen() only.

Why do you want to do this?
