In my 57 year Driving life I have found ALL Amercian Cars of LOW
quality. And that includes the expensive Cadillics and Lincolns. The
last Car of any quality I rembember was the Packard.
Althouhg I knew better I bought my first Amercian Make vehicle in many
years. It is a small pickup, the Chev S-10. It was a Noticable step
down in quality over the Three previous small pickups I had owned.

As with ALL cars I have purchased since 1962 it was a used car. I let
the Other FOOL take the big Depreation bite of having the Privedledge of
Bragging about getting a "NEW" Car. I pick them very carefully with
about 30,000 miles or on them and have saved a great deal. Mostly
becasue I buy Foreign cars though as their higher Quality really pays
off in the long run.
