It came to pass on 12/16/96 that PETER SCHULLER wrote concerning Compiler
suggestions*****...

32 bit windows applications. That includes win32. The program requires
Win95/NT but produces code for all 3 windows platforms, so long as the
windows 3.1 users can run win32.
