Richard gave her an ethernet cable and a conversion plug to go from Male
Ethernet to the type of connector she has.  Unfortunately it did not
work after her computer was hooked up to my router because some sort of
internet driver software was missing.  He will have to figure it out
when she gets home so that she can use the cable next visit.

      Title: Cheese And Pepper Stuffed Beef Roll
 Categories: Ground beef, Beef, Pepper, Stuffed, Mozzarella
      Yield: 8 Servings
 
      1 lb Lean ground beef
      1 c  Bread crumbs
      1    Egg, lightly beaten
     16 oz Marinara sauce, divided
      1 c  Shredded mozzarella cheese,
           Divided
      3 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
      1    Clove garlic, minced
      2    Red and/or green peppers,
           Sliced
 
  Preheat oven to 350 F.  Grease baking sheet; set aside.  In bowl,
  combine first 3 ingredients and 1/4 cup marinara sauce.  Reserve
  2 Tablespoons mozzarella cheese.  In another bowl, combine
  remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses and minced garlic.
  
  On 15-inch piece of plastic wrap place beef mixture.  Top with
  another piece of plastic wrap.  With rolling pin, roll out beef
  to 14x11" rectangle.  Remove top sheet of plastic wrap.  Spread
  cheese mixture over beef to 1/2" of edges.  Top with pepper
  slices.  Starting from short end, roll beef, removing plastic
  wrap.  Place seam side down on pan.  Sprinkle with reserved
  mozzarella.  Bake 30-35 minutes until cooked through.  Serve beef
  slices with remaining warmed marinara sauce.
