I recommend Virtual Pascal from fPrint (UK)
This compiler is 99.999999...% compatible with Turbo Pascal, so you can
recompile your old text-based program without any problem even you've used
Turbo Vision, Asynch Professional, B-Tree Filer, and Object Professional
libraries (Virtual Pascal ships with patchs for these libraries).
