Quite so, and will be even more so on the next trip. The place where the
team stays only has a dorm size fridge (a full size one is available
wheere we do the cooking) so last year our cooler supplimented the small
fridge. Planning on doing likewise this year, plus Steve and I will have
the camper fridge for our stuff.

Seems that's how things work out for most people--you find a niche that
you enjoy and earn either a living or pocket money in that realm. I
wouldn't want to be a professional cook/chef, even tho cooking can be
fun. There are enough other issues involved with doing it professionally
that I wouldn't want to deal with.
