 I'm the guy who spoke to you on the phone a week ago regarding your
company's screw-up on my stepfather's modem which he sent you a cheque for.
I don't like being hung up on.
If I see anyone sending you correspondence regarding your modems, I will
send them mail advising them to steer well clear of any dealings with you.
