I never heard of it until the Canadian Picnic at Flo Thompsons. Had it for
Dinner I think, at a little restaurant called Louis J.  Down the road from
Flo's. About 14 or 15 of us chowed down on Poutine and Pizza.

Was it there that you and I sat and played bloody Hell for several hours
trying to pull Elk or Moose hair out of tough skin... Pemmakin or such?

[grin} I'll never forget that struggle.  It tasted pretty good if I
remember.
