Won't work. Well, it might, but it won't be a simple bolt in job.
You'll need to get the disc brake setup from the same body style
car as yours (Chevelle, Skylark, Monte Carlos also work-- 1968-1972) You
want to look for the multiple component spindle/steering knuckle setup.
Get all the brake related parts from the donor car, spindles, rotors,
backing plates, calipers, master cylinder, proportioning valve (incl. the
short steel lines and, bracket of course) Most of it will come out as a
unit with the spindles, but if your dealing with a salvage yard, some might
give you only what you ask for. Use the calipers, and master cylinder for
cores on "new" units. Rotors, bearing seals, caliper pins are all available
new.
If its like my Nova, inner bearing seal, and bearings (inner & outer) are
the same as the drum brake versions (in other words, useful spare parts).
