GW>> I use Forehelp, from ForeFront, Inc. It's fantastic!
I also use Forehelp, thanks to a much earlier hint from Gary. It's great.
I would suggest that you check with Borland's order desk to see if they
still sell Forehelp version 1.0. Although what they sell is an obsolete
version, it is still feature-rich enough to meet all of my needs, and more.
Also, Borland's price was much cheaper than the latest, greatest version from
Forefront. I think it cost me about $60 canadian, equivalent to about $45
US.
In case you are wondering if old versions might be buggy, I have never found
any bugs in 1.0.
It's worth mentioning that if you have never written anything but
traditional "linear" manuals designed for printing, you are in for a culture
shock when you try to write your first hyper-linked help system - no matter
what tool you use.
