Even things that should be gluten free sometimes aren't.  It can be worse 
than keeping strict Kosher.

It sounds like one of those things you eat to say you've eaten it.  I could 
probably get through a chunk several days in any given month.  The rest of 
the time, it wouldn't be any temptation.
