Obviously.    I once took a Greyhound from Columbus, OH to Detroit.
It takes 3 to 3.5 hours by car.  Took about 6 by bus.  The only stops are for
food, and they only stopped for about a 1/5 hour.
The longer the ride, the more the toilet tank fills up, and trust me... it's
not a nice "fragrance".  Never again.  I'd take a train first.  (And those
are always late too.)
