This echo is under threat of removal from the UK backbone because :
EITHER  the REC has not been given the name of the Moderator;
    OR  the REC has not been given a copy of the Rules.
or both.
So, if there is a Mod., will she make herself known to us and to
the REC, and post a copy of the Rules in here and to the REC.
If ANYONE has a set of Rules, would they please post them in here,
and also send a copy to the REC, with the name A_CAD.RUL
