1-Open in WordPro, export to ASCII text (DOS), OR
2-Save with Mozilla as original HTML; edit out from  to
 everywhere you find it; reopen in 2.02; save as text
3-Don't remember for sure, but maybe just turn of Javascript in 2.02 or
4.61 and try again

Might also be able to open in Mozilla Composer and save as text, but in
Mozilla browser that will leave in a lot of markup junk.
