    Ever heard of anyone actually _arrested_ for just home listening, without 
disclosing?  It's like going 70 mph in a 65 zone is theoretically illegal, 
but nothing is at all likely to come of it.
    If you're stupid enough to tape it and give it to a congressman, that may
