PN> Whether you listen as a hobby, as part of your voluenteer work or in
PN> your

PN> 1934 and the electronics privacy act (ECPA) of 1986.
PN> The FCC maintains a staff of investigators throughout the country,

PN> warranted. The laws provide for monetary fines and/or prison
Ever heard of anyone actually _arrested_ for just home listening, without

but nothing is at all likely to come of it.
If you're stupid enough to tape it and give it to a congressman, that may
be different.
