 LUCKY!? I would LOVE for MY kid NOT to be disabled! While I agree
 that some parents do take advantage of this sort of thing, I cannot
 make the broad generalization that special ed kids are stealing from
 "regular" kids. That is what you and other folks are saying. I would
 give anything for my autistic son to be "normal" and not have to
 worry about this at all. However, I will say that I wish it were
 possible for every child to have an IEP since every child does have
 different educational neeeds.
