I have a direct link to Bjorn for FidoNews, and I received the .TIC but not the
actual FNEWSW51.ZIP.  Given Bjorn's present family circumstances, I'm
investigating on my end and will grab the file from his website when I have a
moment.

The issue of the links to FidoNews on fidonews.org and fidonet.org would seem
to be an issue to address with the webmasters of those sites.
