It ought to but that's a lot of trouble to go to just to do binkP mail
& file transfers.  (I use Radius on -this- node, which is what Taurus
was derived from.)  Is there something else that you want to do with it? 
Telnet?  POTS?  FTP?  Which are just a few options with Taurus.

Why not?  You're using Windows, aren't you.  You could run a second copy of
the same binkD executable with a different configuration file in another
sub-dirctory, for the second BBS's inbound & outbound.
