Do your self a huge favor and find out what you think you know before
you make a perfect donkey's rear end of yourself in print.
Sheesh. Even the police chief in Metlakatla Alaska knew better than you
do how to utilize remedial diets.  He fed his drunks in the local jail
turkey tv dinners three times a day.  They were calm and quiet due to
the load of tryptophan they got from the turkey.
