| subject: | A Golden Code mystery |
Hello all, Yet another weird one to start the new year. 1. At my main PC, Warp 4 FP 15 (but LVM.ized in order to use jfs): java131 replaced by Golden Code java141 and directory tree 131 deleted. All is well included tcpcfg2. 2. At my laptop TP41, eCS 1.1: java131 replaced by Golden Code java141. All is well (included npgc.dll) except for tcpcfg2. After launching tcpcfg2.cmd, an error box pops up, have a look and see at: http://www.taartenbakkerij.com/bestanden/fatum.jpg I have no idea about which "remote server" the message is talking. Anyway, when I edit tcpcfg2.cmd and set to paths to java131, tcpcfg2 config starts as it should, even when launched immedialety after the "fatal error" message. So it is definitely a Golden Code issue (in conjunction with eCS 1.1). And I can't get rid of the java131 directory tree of course. What is it that triggers this error on an eCS1.1 system whereas it doesn't on a Warp 4 system? -- Groeten uit Gent, Kris Yahoo!
