I didn't know WinHelp was a help editor.  AFAIK, it's just the presentation 
system.  Forehelp is completely WYSIWYG and allows you to test your help 
project without having to go through the long, slow process of compiling your 
help file.
I have created help files using a word processor and the MS help compiler. 
That was a nightmare compared to Forehelp.
