Well we as a whole are resaponsable for that not being a factor. The
Free Ride mentality engrainded in the Public by a certian politican
party has produced a "Cheep at Any Price" thought process.
Hense "Buy/Use/Throwaway" cars.
And incidently things like Packard Bell Computers too.
