 Well, how do, Mark?

ml> there is very little inside one... i've one hanging on the
ml> wall, here, that i made into a clock... it is an old Seagate
ml> ST-125 ;) i'll try to get a picture of it up on my photo
ml> gallery on my site in the next day or two...

Wish I had a connection.
ML> yeah, its not quite as small as the one you are talking
ML> about... the ST-125 was a 20MB MFM 3.5 HH drive... it does
ML> make a nice wall clock, though ;)

ML> to verify my recollection of the size of the drive, i
ML> googled and came up with a site, 4cheapparts, that is
ML> wanting $189 for refurbished st-125s... !!! thanks but NO
ML> thanks!! you can almost get an entire machine for that
 ML> price! O:)

One thing I have in my favor, is there wasn't much worth saving besides the
hardware itself. Just my luck; another thing to spend $200 on besides the
retierment plan. /-:

Seeing as there will only be a few saved text files from fido to flush if I
fail, I'll take a look see. The worst that can happen, is I'll learn
something. (I hope. ;-)
