Hallo Alain,
AG> I'm in need for any recipes of Chocolate Pie. My wife cannot
AG>find any one here. Thanks for any help or recipe.
This is translated from German, but I don't know whether every word is
translated right, and I hope you can understand everything. If not - just
ask :-)

Title: Prinz-Eugen-Torte (Prince Eugen Cake)
Categories: cake, chocolate, nuts
Yield: 1 cake
MMMMM---------------------------PASTRY--------------------------------
7 Eggs
210 g Sugar
100 g Butter
180 g Half bitter Chocolate
210 g Hazelnuts, grinded
1 1/2 tb Cacao (without sugar)
5 tb flour
1 1/2 ts baking powder
MMMMM--------------------------FILLING--------------------------------
3 cn Cream
1 pt Vanillin sugar
1 pt Cream stiffer (*)
1 Bar of a good half bitter
- Chocolate (1/2 for
- filling, 1/2 for crumble)
(*) I hope you know what I mean, I didn't find the correct word in my
dictionary. It helps to get the cream stiffed.
Separate the eggs. Stir egg yolk, sugar and butter to frothy, fold the
rest of the ingrediences (without egg-white) under it. Beat the egg-
white to frothy and fold carefully under the mixture.
Baking: 30 minutes, 200øC, in the middle of the oven.
Now hollow the cake as follows: Cut 1 cm from the border around the cake
until 1 cm over the bottom. Scratch the inner part of the cake out and
crumble it. Mix the crumbles with the stiff cream (cream + cream stiffer
+ vanillin sugar) and the half of the grated chocolate bar. Fill the
cake with that mixture. Now crumble the rest of the chocolate over it.
Never use chocolate crumbles from the supermarket!
Keep the cake always in the fridge. The chocolate should be cooled
before using.
