I think you're making reference to the 2-part vaccine by one of the companies, but thats not what I'm talking about... Yes, I understand your point - that the vaccine that requires 2 shots means you are still susceptible until you receive [And probably some amount of time after that 2nd dose.] both parts...
But I'm speaking of the fact that a Covid vaccine doesn't last a lifetime, not even several years - no one KNOWS exactly, but its FAIRLY safe to say it will last somewhere around a year. That being said, once we vaccinate our entire country, it seems like Covid will be more like the influenza FLU and come back every year - Americans will need to be vaccinated against it [around] once a year.
