Hi, Don.  As was mentioned to me and I've mentioned elsewhere, the key bit of 
weasel wording is in the phrase "invented ...  or supported ...".  Or to put 
it otherwise, any items (and there are quite a few of them) that are common 
to K56Flex and x2 are claimed as wins for Rockwell/Lucent.
 
 Ten of the 11 key issues in the proposed ITU standard use technology that
 was either invented by Rockwell or supported by the company and its K56flex
 backers.
