    Joe is spread way to thin to rely on to respond. He is trying to
  cover so many forums that his responses are very intermittent.
  Sometimes he will respond to questions that are irrelevant, and
  other times he will not respond to very pertinent questions. It
  seems to vary with how busy he is at the time. You can always tell
  when he has spare time as you will then see about 6-10 responses from
  him at a time. Then there will be another long stretch with no sign
  of for a week or so.
    I think you will probably find that if you just post a general
  question to this echo, that someone will answer it if they know the
  answer. Joe seems to at least read everything posted, so you might
  even get lucky & hear from "the boss"!
